1 c finely ground beans that have been cooked and dried
2 c water
Seasonings to taste (chile powder, peppers, onions, etcetera - personal preference)
Combine beans and water in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring
often. Add seasonings or meat drippings to taste. Serve with chopped, raw onions
and someviki for a light meal. This recipe can also be used as a sauce or gravy,
as a bean dip, or for making refried beans.
