Taos Beaver Tail Roast

      Title: Taos Beaver Tail Roast

      1-2 beaver tails
      Salt and pepper to taste        
         Broil tails over hot fire or under broiler until rough hide peels off easily.  Roast
  tail meat in moderate oven until fork-tender.  Delicious served with refried beans or
  garbanzo-bean soup.
