Meatballs In Chipotle Sauce

      Title: Meatballs In Chipotle Sauce

      Yield: 8 servings
 
           Chipotle Sauce;                   1/2 c  Milk
      1 lb Ground Beef                         2 tb Onion; Finely Chopped
      1 lb Ground Pork                         2 tb Fresh Cilantro; Snipped
      2    Eggs; Large                         2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Dry Bread Crumbs                  1/2 ts Pepper
 
  Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix
  remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Heat
  sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer
  until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or
  noodles, if desired.
