Title: Maple Ice Cream

1/2 c Maple syrup
4 ea Egg yolks
Salt
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Cream
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and
whipped cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
