Title: Cracklin Bread

Yield: 1 batch
2 c Cornmeal 1 c Cracklins (Fried pork skin)
1 t Salt Hot water
Add enough hot water to make into dough thick enough to shape into small
loaves. Break cracklins into small pieces and add to dough. Bake in 350
degree oven for 45 mins. to an hour.
